Come and work in the heart of the city’s cultural precinct, in the newly-restored and strengthened Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora. High ceilings, wood panelling, ornate windows and skylights combined with modern services make these spaces perfect platforms for creative entrepreneurs.
These unique, light-filled, modern offices on the first floor of the School of Art building have views to either the beautiful South Quadrangle (pictured) or the city’s botanic gardens and Peacock Fountain, and Canterbury Museum.
The space can be configured in a number of ways. The floor area is split into four separate rooms, which can either be leased together, separately, or in various combinations.
The Arts Centre is committed to attracting tenants who will contribute to the site’s vision of creating a hub for creative entrepreneurs in the heart of Christchurch.
The School of Art building has been fully earthquake strengthened and features a full range of modern services.
Proposals will be evaluated by Arts Centre management based on a number of pre-specified criteria, with recommendations then put forward to The Arts Centre Board of Trustees for approval.
