Filmmaker and photographer Anthony Powell has over-wintered in Antarctica ten times.
He is known for creating the multi-award-winning feature film Antarctica: A Year On Ice and has had his work featured in shows and exhibits with National Geographic, Discovery, BBC, the US Natural History Museum, and more.
This exhibition includes photographic prints that will be sold via silent charity auction to raise funds for the Antarctic Heritage Trust. Also on display will be some of Anthony’s new video and multi-media work, and some of the equipment he uses for capturing his Antarctic images.
Artist talk: Saturday 10 October, 4pm, for people interested in photography and visual arts. Entry is free but places are limited, so please register.
