Follow along Swan Lake dance

Join Natalie Simôn from Canterbury Academy of Dance for this Swan Lake dance tutorial designed for 5 - 85 year-olds.

Rather than being a technical ballet lesson, this dance session has been modified to be more accessible to different abilities. Don't worry if you've never tried ballet, here's your chance to give it a go.

Click here to enjoy the 18 minute tutorial.

Before beginning the lesson, make sure you have a clear space for dancing and safe footwear to prevent slipping. Regular breaks are encouraged, please dance within your own comfort zone.
