Turn Up The Heat is a new winter festival for the Central City.
Turn up the heat is a curated festival programme full of roaming characters, comedy, cabaret, drag, variety shows, family events and fiery food which will bring the Central City to life during August.
The fiery theme is about bringing energy, excitement and spice to the Central City during the last month of winter.
