Grant Edmundson leads the corporate and commercial team at Helmores Lawyers, Rangiora. He has over 25 years’ experience in diverse, complex corporate and commercial matters, from start-ups to multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, and commercial disputes.

He is a strong advocate of good corporate governance and community engagement. His Board experience includes St Margarets College, Rangiora Promotions, Mandeville Sports Club, and North Canterbury’s community radio station Compass FM (Chairman).
