Venue: UC Teece Museum of Classical Antiquities
Get inspired by art and stories from the Teece Museum of Classical Antiquities and create your own pop-up book. Learn how to fold and cut paper and tell your own tales in 3-D.
This workshop is suitable for budding artists aged 7 to 12 years. Caregivers welcome.
Places are limited to just 15 budding artists, so booking is essential.
Meg Nicoll is an art educator who specialises in paper craft, collage and bookmaking. Prior to moving to Ōtautahi in 2023, Meg was art educator at The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art. Currently, she teaches art at Risingholme and works as a freelance educator. Meg loves introducing people to art-making and is committed to building welcoming and collaborative learning environments where participants feel comfortable experimenting with materials.
