A multi-disciplinary exhibition by staff from the Ara Institute of Canterbury Creative Industries Department, responding to current environmental and social issues.

As a collective, the artists and designers involved in this exhibition chose the theme and responded to it in a variety of media, including textile design, fashion design, photography, printmaking, painting and mixed media works. The exhibition highlights the creative spirit at the heart of our department, and how artistic practice engages with and comments on complex contemporary issues.

Besides their professional commitments in their respective fields, the exhibitors also maintain an independent creative practice.
